Time has Come to Say Bye to Few White Things from Kitchen

Remove 5 white things from your diet. Your future health is in your hands and you are the one who is responsible to maintain it.

1- White salt

2- White sugar

3- White rice

4- White maida

5- White milk

Friends, above written items we use in our food and we know these are harmful but here we will learn alternatives  for all items.

White salt > Sendha salt

White sugar > brown sugar or even jaggery is good to use

White rice > brown rice (it may be difficult but not impossible)

White maida > Whole wheat flour, Millets like bajra, jowar, maize, Ragi ,Rice flour, Gram flour                                                or besan, Urad flour, Soy flour.

White Milk is little difficult to substitute but if above four things can be managed then trust me milk can be avoided. We use milk for tea, so switch to Green tea, curd is still ok because it has some good bacteria necessary for our body, Chaach or lassi is also a good idea.

Choice is yours because it is your body, no body can take care of it. SO come-on friends lets take responsibility of our own body first.
