Try this for Glowing Skin and Healthy hair

Everybody whether a male or a female dreams for  a perfect health and good looks, so here is the formula to stay fit and look beautiful.

A perfect breakfast for the whole week which will help you to get glowing skin and healthy, shiny hair.

Monday-
Only and unlimited fruits but seasonal.

Tuesday-
Only chopped vegetables but seasonal - Carrot, Cucumber, Tomato, Beetroot, salad leaves, Onion, Mint leaves or Coriander leaves with lemon drops. Try to make it colorful and enjoy even if you don't. Develop this habbit for at least one month.

Wednesday-
Only dry fruits. Fourteen  types of dry fruits and two pieces of each, so you have 28 pieces of dry fruits.
 

Thursday-
Fruit Shakes made up of Apple, Banana, Mango, Chikoo, Strawberries or be creative .
Unlimited shake's quantity, but no sugar please. 
 

Friday- 
Only Sprout - sautĆ©,  it or steam it as per your likes garnish it with chopped  green Coriander, Tomatoes, add lemon to this and enjoy. Remember you need to chew it properly.

Saturday-
Green Smoothie. Follow my previous post to know more about it .
 

Sunday- 
Fun Day --- Now celebrate this day as you have followed this diet for 7 days and have breakfast of your choice but any one combo at a time. Parantha with curd, Idli with sambhar, curd rice, sandwich, or any thing you feel to eat but keep it light.

Congratulations ! You have done it  and now continue for one month.
